Privacy Policy — AI Prompt Library

This Privacy Policy describes how the AI Prompt Library Android application (the "App") collects, uses, and shares information. By installing or using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

The App does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any personal profile information.

The App and its third-party services automatically collect certain technical information when you use the App:

• Device information: model, operating system version, language, and country.
• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID) for ad delivery and frequency capping.
• App usage events (screens viewed, prompts copied, searches performed) via Google Firebase Analytics.
• Crash and performance data via Google Firebase Crashlytics.
• IP address, collected transiently by our backend and analytics providers.

Content you save inside the App — favorites and browsing history — is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to our servers.

2. How we use this information

• To operate and improve the App (fix bugs, understand which features are used).
• To serve advertising through Google AdMob.
• To detect abuse and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

The App integrates the following services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Google AdMob — mobile advertising. Ad policies
• Google Firebase Analytics — usage analytics. Firebase privacy
• Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting. Firebase privacy
• Supabase — hosts the prompt content the App reads. Supabase privacy

4. Advertising and consent (EEA / UK / Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App shows a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) on first launch. You may accept or decline personalized advertising. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed at any time from the App's Settings screen.

5. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. The App does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email below.

6. Data retention

Analytics and crash data are retained by Google Firebase according to its default retention (currently up to 14 months for events, 90 days for crash data). Locally stored favorites and history remain on your device until you clear them from the App or uninstall the App.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information handled by the App and its providers. No system is perfectly secure; use the App at your own discretion.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
